Qazet.az report  that this was said by Emin Huseynov, the special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the territories freed from occupation included in the Karabakh economic region (except Shusha region), at Zangilan Airport during the visit of the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Zangilan.

According to him, the construction of 2 central hospitals will begin in Agdam and Fuzuli: "In general, we have already started the construction of residential buildings and villages in the liberated cities. Undoubtedly, the preservation of cultural heritage is our other important priority. Currently, Juma and Qiyasli mosques in Agdam, Panahali Khan's Shah's Palace - The building is being restored. We will have open-air Museums of Occupation and Victory in Agdam and Fuzuli.
