Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will hold a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, the head of state told journalists while returning from the United Arab Emirates, Qazet.az reports.

He noted that the new war could pose serious consequences for the region and he would discuss the issue again with Putin during a telephone conversation.

Erdogan also added that if Vladimir Putin responds positively, Turkey can arrange a meeting with the three leaders (Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine).
