Qazet.az report with reference to "CNNTurk" that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this in his statement to journalists.

The head of state spoke about his visit to Azerbaijan on October 20: "Our business trip to Zangilan and Jabrayil regions has ended successfully. We opened the Zangilan International Airport together with my dear brother Ilham Aliyev. Zangilan airport is important not only for Azerbaijan, but for the entire region. It is a strategic move from the point of view of strengthening the reconstruction of the region's connection with the world. Hopefully, we will strengthen these steps with the commissioning of Lachin International Airport."
