Qazet.az reports that this was stated by Irada Ibrahimova, press secretary of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

According to him, roads were covered with ice as a result of frosty weather at night and in the morning.

I.Ibrahimova said that the air temperature is expected to be around 0 degrees in the afternoon.
