"The European Union is fully committed to contributing to sustainable peace in the South Caucasus."

Qazet.az reports that Joseph Borel, the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for foreign and security affairs, wrote on Twitter.

"We are creating monitoring capacity on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and deploying 40 monitoring experts in order not to put people's lives at risk," he said.
