EU Representative noted that Europe experienced the same thing in World War 2: "After World War 2, our leaders declared that it is necessary to find a new way, we should live together and go ahead. I think that we can share the experience of the European Union with Azerbaijan, Armenia, and in general, the South Caucasus."
