The annual inflation rate in the Eurozone in February came in at record 5.8%, increasing by 0.7 percentage points in comparison to the month before, Eurostat revealed in its preliminary report published on Wednesday, Qazet.az reports.

The report estimated that energy will have the highest annual rate of inflation of 31.7% compared to January's 28.8%. Food, alcohol and tobacco will stand at 4.1% in comparison to last month's 3.5%, while non-energy industrial goods and services will be 3.0% and 2.5% respectively.
