He believes that Russia's Black Sea fleet can no longer fully fulfill its functions in the war against Ukraine. His role is reduced by 70%.

According to him, the Russian Black Sea Fleet cannot be used to shell the coasts of Ukrainian cities with artillery fire. In addition, the fleet is unsuitable for use in amphibious assaults and similar operations.

"Today's role of the navy is to fire at Ukrainian cities and Ukrainian infrastructure with Kalibr missiles," Musienko said.
