He noted that on September 27, Azerbaijan launched a military operation against the illegal occupation of Armenia in accordance with the requirements of international law: “I congratulate brotherly Azerbaijan and its people, who together with their army and people liberated Karabakh in a very short time and wrote a great epos.”
