Fines for violation of the legislation on the protection of the interests of entrepreneurs are doubled

Fines for violations of the legislation on the regulation of inspections conducted in the field of entrepreneurship and the protection of the interests of entrepreneurs are doubled.

According to Qazet.az reports, an amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses is proposed in this regard.

With the amendment, officials will be fined from 2,000 manats to 3,000 manats for conducting the inspection without registering it in the single information register of the inspections conducted in the field of entrepreneurship.
