"Despite all challenges, Azerbaijan is ready for normalization of relations with Armenia on the basis of respect to principles of international law, especially sovereignty, territorial integrity of states, and inviolability of borders," said Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov at the meeting of Council of CIS Foreign Ministers, Qazet.az reports.
