French businessmen want to import the components of their cosmetic products from Azerbaijan.

Sakina Bababyeva, Chairman of the Board of the Public Union "Association for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan" (AQSIA), said this in the Qazet.az reports statement.

According to him, AQSIA, the winner of the special competition dedicated to the "Year of Shusha", held a fashion exhibition called "European Sound of Karabakh Pearls" in November in the French capital Paris within the framework of the "European Sound of Karabakh Pearls" project: "This exhibition contributes to the development of Azerbaijan's female entrepreneurship, national has an important role in promoting culture. In the exhibition, 15 clothes were displayed, which embody the national-spiritual and material values of the people of Karabakh, and the Turkish ethnic-cultural environment in a broad sense, which is an indicator of national identity. Each garment has the special clothing elements of a corner of Karabakh - Shusha, Khankendi, Kalbajar, Khojaly, Aghdam, Aghdara, Jabrayil, Lachin, Fuzuli, Khojavand, Zangilan, Gubadli. Shoes, belts, earrings, etc. to match every outfit. accessories were also shown."

"Within the framework of the exhibition, there were a number of meetings, including with French businessmen. They have a lot of interest in the beauty industry of Azerbaijan. We saw it while we were there. France is famous for the production of cosmetics products in the world. They are interested in the presence of various creams and hair dyes, especially extracts in Azerbaijan. Also , they are interested in pomegranate and almond oils. Sometimes we look at it very ordinary, but the French have expressed interest in goat and donkey milk. They want to dry the composition of goat milk. Currently, negotiations are underway, we are establishing that connection," he said.
