Over the past day, 6,236 more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Georgia.

The country has reported 14,909 recoveries and 43 deaths from the virus, Qazet.az informs with reference to the Georgian Government.

Georgia has recorded a total of 1,598,172 cases of coronavirus infection since the pandemic began. To date, 1,477,481 of them have recovered, while 16,097 have died.
