Germany called Putin's declaration of partial mobilization a bad and wrong step

German Vice-Chancellor Robert Habeck called the announcement of partial mobilization in Russia a bad and wrong step in terms of further aggravating the situation.

Qazet.az reports that he said this at a press conference in Berlin.

"We will evaluate it and discuss how to respond to it," he stressed.
