Harmanci: "We recommend to countries to recognize vaccines, included in WHO's Emergency Use Listing"

WHO Representative noted that countries make decisions themselves despite it: "Each country makes its own decision whether to accept or reject any vaccine. It is always so, not an issue related to just pandemic. But as WHO, we recommend to all countries to recognize, accept vaccines, which we included in Emergency Use Listing. We invite all countries to accept the vaccines in our list in the same form. We can not want it from countries by force. Because the WHO is an organization within the UN. Our decisions are a recommendation to all countries."
