“Azerbaijan joined 65 conventions on human rights”, Head of the Council of Europe Office in Baku Petr Sich said at the conference on Basic human rights guarantees, Qazet.az reports.

He congratulated Azerbaijan on this: “As an organization we try to help in the application of the documents too. I started to operate in Azerbaijan in September. I hope that our future partnership will be profitable”.
