Qazet.az reports with reference to Turkish mass media that this was said by the country's Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar.

According to him, Turkey is a place of balanced policy regarding the Russian-Ukrainian war: "Other parties should understand this as well. Although some understand, there are also those who want to take a biased position against Turkey."

H. Akar also reminded that even the countries that are distant from Turkey welcomed the agreement reached on the export of Ukrainian grain to the foreign market.
