Huseyin Javid ship made its first visit to Bekdash port after repair
The overhaul of the universal dry cargo ship "Huseyn Javid" belonging to the Marine Transport Fleet of "Azerbaijan Khazar Maritime Shipping" CJSC (ASCO) has been completed.

Qazet.az reports was informed about this by ASCO.

The ship's main and auxiliary engines, mechanisms (pumps) were repaired at the "Zigh" Ship Repair and Construction Plant. At the same time, pipe installation, electrical installation, radio navigation, automation and hull welding were done on the ship.

In addition, the underwater and surface parts of the ship have been completely cleaned and painted with abrasive sand, and the living and service rooms have been renovated at the level of modern requirements.

After the repair was completed, the ship successfully passed the appropriate inspection and was returned to service.

After the repair, the first trip of the ship loaded with urea was to Bekdash port in Turkmenistan.

It should be noted that the Huseyn Javid ship is 108.33 meters long and 16.74 meters wide and has a carrying capacity of 5,200 tons.
