Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited persons detained as a result of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict once again in September, Ilaha Huseynova, head of the Public Relations Department of the ICRC Azerbaijan Office told Qazet.az.

She noted that in accordance with its mandate, ICRC representatives met with persons detained as a result of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict: “ICRC representatives monitored the conditions of detention and treatment with these individuals. They also provided telephone and video communication with the families of the detainees
