Ilham Aliyev : "It is pleasing that our relations with Turkmenistan have reached the level of strategic partnership"

It is pleasing that our bilateral and multilateral relations with Turkmenistan have developed in an upward line in the last thirty years and reached the current level of strategic partnership.

Qazet.az reports according to the congratulatory letter of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev addressed to the President of Turkmenistan, Sardar Berdimuhamedov.

"Today, we are pleased that our brother Turkmenistan is advancing on a stable and dynamic development path and achieving great achievements in political, economic, social and other fields.

The basis of Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan relations is the will of our peoples, who are connected to each other by common moral values, religious and cultural roots, and have historically lived in conditions of friendship and mutual understanding. It is pleasing that our bilateral and multilateral relations have developed in an upward line in the last thirty years and reached the current level of strategic partnership. We pay special attention to the comprehensive development of our relations."
