In Azerbaijan, mortgage lending through state lines has increased by 20%
In January-November of this year, 390.7 million manats of credit were granted through the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (IKZF).

Qazet.az reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan that this is 20% more than the same period last year.

During the reporting period, the amount of loans refinanced by the Fund decreased by 7.5% to 350.4 million manats.

In the past 11 months, İKZF attracted 375 million manat funds by issuing bonds, which is 87.5% more than a year ago. During the year, the amount of funds allocated to the Fund from the state budget increased by 33.9% and reached 95.2 million manats.
