In Azerbaijan, the budget process can be fully electronic
Full electronicization of the state budget process in Azerbaijan is proposed.

Qazet.az reports that Tahir Mirkishili, the chairman of the Economic policy, industry and entrepreneurship committee of the Milli Majlis, made a speech at the plenary session of the parliament held today.

He once again mentioned the importance of firstly improving the Unified Budget Classification and structurally complete electronicization of budget planning in order to facilitate the control and analysis of the budget structure:

"It is also an important and irreplaceable tool in terms of the transition to a result-based budget and the control of the implementation of the set goals. Our observations show that the human factor is decisive in this process, causing many technical involuntary errors. In our opinion, the elimination of these errors is economically will have a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of the policy".
