Inam Karimov: "50 thousand hectares of cultivation carried out in lands liberated from occupation"

"50 thousand hectares of summer and autumn planting were carried out on the lands liberated from the occupation," said Minister of Agriculture Inam Karimov while delivering a speech at the Shusha Turkic Business Forum dedicated to the restoration and development of the Karabakh region held in Shusha, Qazet.az reports.

"At the same time, last year a pilot project was carried out by the Ministry for the first time in Kalbajar and Lachin regions on the relocation of sheep and beekeeping farms. The scale of that project was enlarged this year and will be further enlarged in the next season. During the meadow season, the relocation of cattle-breeding farm in the Gubadli, Jabrayil and Fuzuli regions, alongside Lachin and Kalbajar, will be provided, " said the minister.
