Iran expands EU sanctions

Iran has imposed sanctions against 12 individuals and 8 entities from the European Union.

According to the Iranian media, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, within the framework of the relevant rules and sanctions mechanisms, as a response, imposed sanctions on structures and individuals in the European Union for "targeted actions in support of terrorism and terrorist groups." Qazet.az report about this.

Sanctioned organizations include the Friends of a Free Iran group in the European Parliament and its members, the International Committee for the Search for Justice and its members, Stop the Bomb, the German news website Deutsche Welle Farsi, the French website Fars RFA", French International League against Racism and Anti-Semitism, German company "Karl Kolb".
