Qazet.az reports according to Iran's "Hamshahri" newspaper that this was expressed by the Iranian Air Force Commander, Brigadier General Hamid Vahidi.

"The purchase of Russian-made Su-35 fighters is on the Air Force's agenda and we hope to purchase and operate these 4+ generation fighters," said Brigadier General Package.
