"It is necessary to switch to winter mode in schools based on the weather"

"In some regions of Azerbaijan, taking into account the fact that schools are cold as a result of the cold falling earlier, children get sick and this disease spreads among children later, there is a need to adjust the transition to the winter mode in schools not on November 15, but according to the air temperature."

Qazet.az reports with reference to Qafqazinfo that Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva said this during the meeting in the Milli Majlis.

According to him, it is necessary to pay additional funds for the heating of schools in the winter mode at the expense of the state budget. The ombudsman also noted the need for providing additional teaching materials in schools and increasing the number of professional psychologists.

S. Aliyeva said that the construction of new student dormitories should be continued.
