It was proposed to establish the Eastern Zangezur branch of the Azerbaijan Writers' Union.
Qazet.az report that writer Elchin Huseynbeyli made a speech with this proposal during the 13th congress of the institution.
He also suggested the transfer of the office of the Karabakh branch of the AYB located in Agjabadi to Shusha.
