"At the end of the four-way meeting held in Prague, Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed to mutually recognize and respect each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty. This is the basis of the peace agreement."

Qazet.az reports that Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said this during a tripartite meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov and Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana.

He recalled that the last meeting in this format was held in Dushanbe in May of this year: "In particular, a bilateral meeting was held in Geneva on October 2 regarding the peace agreement, and at that meeting, Azerbaijan presented the main elements of the peace agreement to Armenia."
