"Kamaz" has left the "Araz Valley Economic Zone".

The name of "Kamaz Leasing Azerbaijan" LLC, a resident of "Araz Valley Economic Zone" Industrial Park in Jabrayil region, has been changed to "Auto Leasing Azerbaijan".

Qazet.az reports according to Report, the reason for this is the exit of the Russian-owned "KamAZ" OJSC, in other words, the sale of the subsidiary company to the founder with Azerbaijani capital.

In this regard, Rofel Gasim oghlu Gurbanov, who has been leading the leasing company until now, was relieved of his duties, and Fakhri Shalig oghlu Hasanov was appointed in his place.

It should be noted that the mentioned company was established on October 4 last year with a charter capital of 1,699 million manats.
