Qazet.az report  that this was said by Kanan Guluzadeh, adviser to the chairman of the State Tourism Agency

He said that 1.4 million foreign citizens came to Azerbaijan in January-November of this year.

"This is 2 times or 110% more than the previous year. Compared to 2019 before the coronavirus pandemic, it is 2 times less. The goal is to surpass the indicators of the pre-pandemic period in the tourism sector.

In the next 4 years, our main goal is to increase the flow of tourists to 4 million people.
