Kazan has raised the events of OIC to a new level within the framework of the Youth Year

Qazet.az report  that this was said by the Chairman of the Board of the ICYF-ERC Eurasian Regional Center, Elchin Askerov, at the closing ceremony of the international program "Kazan - OIC Youth Capital for 2022".

"The youth capital program has been implemented for many years. I have participated in almost all the closing ceremonies. I believe that the city of Kazan has raised the bar of the program to a new level, and it will not be easy for the cities that come after it to compete with the capital of Tatarstan," he said.

E. Asgarov said that the Government of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Youth, as well as the youth organization of the Republic of Tatarstan successfully coped with the program.
