Kharkiv in Ukraine has faced significant destruction

The northeast city of Kharkiv in Ukraine has faced significant destruction, new videos posted to social media.

Qazet.az reports that in the videos, which were taken in the Kholodna Hora neighborhood in western Kharkiv, a number of buildings seen are badly damaged along Kholodhnohirska Stretet.

The area is home to a number of markets and stores, in addition to some residential buildings.

Kharkiv is the second-largest city in Ukraine, home to about 1.4 million people.
