Kyrgyzstan has imposed a temporary ban on the export of wheat flour to countries not included in the Eurasian Economic Union.

Qazet.az reports with reference to the Kyrgyz press that the Press Service of the Cabinet of Ministers of the country released information about this.

It was reported that the export of more than 100,000 tons of flour to countries that are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union was banned for two months - from November 1 to December 31, 2022.

This decision was taken in order to ensure the country's food security and stabilize the market prices of food products.
