Qazet.az reports with reference to foreign media that this was said by French President Emmanuel Macron.

According to him, the negotiations can be held through the mediation of China: "After the G20 summit held in Bali on November 15-16, the world leaders understood the role of the Chinese leader Xi Jinping in the negotiations."
