MDBMI dismissed Aleksandrov from his position due to his provocative statements against Azerbaijan
Mikhail Aleksandrov, the leading expert of the Military-Political Research Center of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MDRI), was dismissed from his post due to provocative statements against Azerbaijan.

Qazet.az report  that the Rectorate of MDBMI has released information about this.

According to information, on December 16, on the air of one of the Russian TV channels, M. Aleksandrov, who works as a leading expert in the Military-Political Research Center, damaged the alliance relations between the two countries. He grossly distorted the goals and objectives of Russia's policy towards a friendly neighboring state.

"His statements show unwarranted aggressiveness and obvious unprofessionalism, which caused extremely negative reaction of the public and anger of the MDBMI staff. Alexandrov seriously damaged the image and interests of the institute. Considering all this, the position of the expert was terminated and he was expelled from the educational institution", - said in the statement of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
