President Vladimir Putin has weakened Russia's economy and military to the point that it will take 30 years to restore its superpower status.

Qazet.az reports that "The Times" wrote this.

It was reported that more than 100,000 Russian soldiers died in Ukraine:

"Kremlin spent a quarter of the annual budget of the state on war."

According to the newspaper, Ukraine managed to destroy half of the Russian tanks:

"Moscow used up its stock of rockets, ammunition and shells in a short time."

One of the senior sources in the British government told "The Times" that Russia may need 20-30 years to restore its economic and military power.
