Mexican police arrest former attorney general

Mexico's former attorney general Jesus Murillo, who served under prior president Enrique Pena Nieto, has been arrested for charges of forced disappearance, torture and obstruction of justice in the 2014 disappearance of 43 students, Qazet.az reports according to Mexican officials.
The attorney general's office said in a statement that federal police carried out an arrest warrant against Jesus M., which a source at the office confirmed was Murillo.
