Qazet.az reports with reference to "RBK Ukraine" that this was said by the head of the Luhansk military administration Sergey Gaidai.

He said that despite the serious defense of the Russians, they are moving forward: "Battles are going on for almost every meter. But it cannot be said that there have been great advances."

"The Russians have been able to prepare quite seriously. More construction materials, equipment and new recruits are brought to the area. Nevertheless, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are moving forward slowly," he stressed.
