Civilians are among the victims

In the city of Akhtyrka, Sumy region of Ukraine more than 70 people were killed as a result of the shelling by the Russian army, Qazet.az reports citing UNIAN.

The head of the Sumy Regional State Administration Dmitry Zhivitsky said among the victims are both military and civilians.
