Qazet.az reports that this was said by digital development and transport minister Rashad Nabiyev at the Azerbaijan Investment and Young Entrepreneurs Forum, which was jointly organized by the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) under the Ministry of Economy.

"The center is created on the basis of an agreement signed with Israel's "Technion" University. One of the important projects we have implemented in relation to the virtual space is related to cyber security. Here we are talking about the cyber security of both the country and private small and medium business entities. "There is a decision to create a center that will release highly qualified specialists and trainers to the Azerbaijani market within the next 3 years, and the work of this center will start soon," he said.

"The president of Azerbaijan believes in the future of the youth and will do everything in his power to enable this youth to realize its potential in the future," the minister added.
