Ministry of Interior - "Allegations of inhuman treatment of Ujar residents do not reflect reality"

The Ministry of Interior (CBD) commented on the allegations that Ujar district resident Elvin Abdullayev was subjected to violence by police officers.

Qazet.az report according to Police Captain Nizam Hamidov, chief inspector of the Shirvan regional group of the MIA Press Service.

He said that on September 17, police officers challenged them for violating public order in the area.

"However, these people were brought to the branch because they did not comply with the legal requirements of the police. During the investigations carried out by the police, a report was taken against Elvin Abdullayev in accordance with Article 510 of the Administrative Offenses Law, and he was fined 50 manat and released from the police.
