Qazet.az reports with reference to foreign mass media that this was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany.

It was noted that it is quite possible that the negotiations will start soon: "However, this speed will depend on how ready Ukraine is for reforms."

It should be recalled that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky previously called on NATO countries to support Ukraine's EU and Alliance membership applications. He also said that Kiev will join the EU by 2030.
