Non-governmental organizations operating in Azerbaijan addressed a statement to Virginia Gamba, Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations for Children and Armed Conflict on Armenia's use of people under 15 years of ages in military operations and bringing up them in the spirit of Azerbaijanphobia, Qazet.az reports.
