The number of people readmitted from the European countries to Azerbaijan last year has been announced

The number of people readmitted from the European countries to Azerbaijan last year has been announced, Qazet.az reports.

Chief of the State Migration Service Vusal Huseynov has noted at the press conference held regarding the finals of 2021 that 420 people have been readmitted during the last year.

This is a 2,9% increase in comparison to the previous year. The number of inquiries regarding readmission is 440. From the day that an agreement has been signed with the European Union in 2014 regarding the readmission till now, 2013 people have been readmitted, and inquiries of 4160 people have been positively replied to. Readmission of 2147 people has been considered.
