According to the news of Qazet.az reports, this was said by the head of the Communication Department of the Presidential Administration of Turkey, Fakhreddin Altun, while speaking at a panel held in Ankara on Turkey-France relations.

"I want to express this with all clarity that according to international law, Karabakh is the land of Azerbaijan. "It is in everyone's interest that the Karabakh problem does not turn into a new conflict, it is important for global peace, including regional countries," he stressed.

F. Altun said that the fact that all the countries that play a role in this matter accept the victory of Azerbaijan and support its policy is an important factor: "We expect France to support Turkey's efforts in this matter."
