Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva is on a visit to Turkey
Azerbaijan's Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) Sabina Aliyeva and a group of employees of the Office of the Ombudsman are on an official visit to Turkey at the invitation of the Turkish Human Rights and Equality Authority (TIHEK).

Qazet.az reports was informed about this by the Office of the Ombudsman.

It was noted that within the framework of the trip organized based on the recommendations of the UN Committee against Torture, the Ombudsman and the delegation visited the cities of Mardin and Diyarbakir with the representatives of TIHEK.

Sabina Aliyeva, who met with the Governor of Mardin and the members of TİHEK, which operates as Turkey's National Preventive Mechanism against Torture (MPM), expressed her satisfaction with the continuous development of existing cooperation relations between the two brotherly countries in the field of human rights and freedom protection, as well as in various fields.
