One dead after missile debris hits Kyiv residential building

At least one person was killed and three wounded after the remains of a downed missile hit a residential building in the Ukranian capital, Kyiv, Qazet.az reports according to Ukraine'semergency .

The tower was reportedly struck at 5:02 AM local time on Thursday morning in the Darnytskyi district of the capital, before firefighters and rescue personnel were dispatched to the scene.

People have been evacuated from the eleventh floors and higher, and rescue operations are being carried out to dismantle the structures and search for those trapped underneath the rubble, the SES reported.
