OSCE Chairman-in-Office to visit Ukraine

OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau will visit Ukraine this week, and meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Minister for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Irina Vereshchuk, the Polish Embassy in Kyiv said, Qazet.az informs via Interfax.

“Talks will focus on current events in Ukraine, measures taken to de-escalate and resolve the ongoing crisis with the support of the OSCE,” the embassy said.

Also, Zbigniew Rau will meet with the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office in Ukraine and in the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG), the Chairman of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) and the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine. Besides, he will also meet with the head of the Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the resident coordinator of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Aid in Ukraine.

On February 11, Minister Rau will visit the east of Ukraine, where he will get acquainted with the current humanitarian situation in the territories affected by the conflict.
