According to Qazet.az, the publication reads:

"Today marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey. The Azerbaijan-Turkey brotherhood, based on the slogan "One nation, two states" and unique globally, is unshakable and eternal!"
