Part of the tax penalties to be transferred to the YASHAT Fund

The sanctions and fines imposed by the tax authorities will be transferred to the YASHAT Fund

Part of the funds received from the Ministry of Economy from the sanctions and fines imposed by the tax authorities will be transferred to the YASHAT Fund, Qazet.az reports.

This is reflected in the proposed amendments to the "Tax Code", which were discussed at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.

The draft law was discussed and adopted.
